Position : Sales Assistant / Sales Advisor
Salary : RM1,800 - RM2,000 ( + Commission )
Working hours : - Monday - Saturday (9.30 am - 6.00 pm)
Location : No. 40, Jalan Dedaru, Taman Nira, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor
Job Description :
- Promote and sell air conditioning services and window tinting to individual customers.
- Engage with customers via online and offline platforms to generate leads and close deals.
- Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs.
- Handle sales inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Attend to walk-in customers at the store or service center.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales and maintain good relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing excellent service.
- Handle basic complaints or issues related to sales and liaise with the technical team when needed.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update reports as required.
- Work towards achieving individual and company sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
