Position: Sales Executive (Education Industry)
Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,000 (+ Commission)
Working days: Monday - Friday ( 1.00PM - 10.00PM) Saturday Halfday (9.00 am - 1.00 pm)
Location: 860-1,Jalan Permatang Tengah , Taman Perkasa , 13000 Butterworth Pulau Pinang
Job description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual students.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote tuition services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the academic team to understand the unique selling points of our tuition services.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and sales pipeline.
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales and marketing activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
