Responsibilities:
- Government Tender and Projects:
- Check eperolehan government tender portal and attempt to all possible opportunity
- Check local sarawak government open tender
- List of government contact lead will be given to follow up.
- Sales Strategies:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively.
- Respond to sales inquiries and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and execute marketing plans to promote products or services.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with media representatives and sponsors for promotional activities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Address customer queries and provide solutions aligned with their needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Event Participation:
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Explore partnership opportunities and build professional relationships.
- Content Creation:
- Develop marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and online content.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns across various channels.
- Market Analysis:
- Forecast and track market trends to establish competitive pricing.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product development.
** Sales commission + project incentive will be given.
** Usual project size is RM100,000 - RM1,500,000. and Commission may reach RM75,000 per project depends on project completion too.
