What you'll be doing
- Perform day-to-day functions including data entry, processing sales invoices and delivery orders
- Basic AR related matters such as preparation/issuance reminder letters to slow paying customers
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both administrative and financial documents
- Coordinating with manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery
- Handling client inquiries and providing exception
What we're looking for
- Minimum Diploma/Degree Business Administration, or in any related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration and sales support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in English and Malay
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel) and AutoCount
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and fabrication industry, along with an understanding of sales processes may be an advantage
