- Maintenance of showroom equipment and inventory. Ensuring that all movements of machines, parts, tools, ingredients are recorded and tallies with existing inventory control sheet.
- Preparation and timely updates of a central machine movement logbook or google sheet for showroom inventory.
- Assist Sales Support Team on monthly inspection for equipment condition and recording in Equipment Condition Log Record System of grinders, espresso machines, brewers, water filter systems, and any other items required to be inspected.
- Assist Sales Support Team to monitor and place reminder for coffee machine preventative maintenance (done quarterly), showroom air-conditioner servicing (done quarterly), water supply and filter conditions servicing (if any), lighting replacements in the showroom (if any) and any other general items requiring maintenance.
- Oversee the cleaner adheres to schedule provided and ensure the cleanliness of the showroom.
- Provide holistic customer experience to any walk-ins or scheduled patrons of the showroom. Know in detail products and services of the company and ensure to be able to explain all types of products to any customers.
- Prepare weekly report on inventory status, machine issue logs, consumables low stock alerts, improvement suggestions, cleaner checklist compliance and any other requested reports.
- Carry out any other assigned ad hoc task from time to time.
What we need from you:
- Looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Able to meet and keep track of deadlines.
- Have a firm yet friendly and welcoming vibe with advanced interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to work in Shah Alam, Glenmarie.
