Responsibility:
· Service existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
· Achieve sales targets efficiently and work to expand market share among current and potential clients.
· Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster strong customer relationships.
· Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, sales orders, and other necessary paperwork.
· Manage cash payments and coordinate product collections made by customers.
· Prepare regular sales reports and any other relevant documentation as required.
· Maintain organized records and filing of all sales-related documents.
· Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless transactions and fulfillment of customer requirements.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
· Minimum SPM
· Minimum 1-2 years of working experiences
· Able to start immediately.
· Possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill
· Flexi working hours available.
