- Handle submission and collection of documents at JPJ (Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan) for vehicle registration, ownership transfer, road tax, and number plate assignments.
- Perform vehicle delivery and arrangement for inspection at Puspakom, including bringing vehicles to and from Puspakom centers.
- Ensure accurate and safe delivery of important company and customer documents.
- Submit and collect documents to/from banks, insurance companies, and other external parties as required.
- Monitor appointment schedules for Puspakom and ensure all paperwork is ready beforehand.
- Maintain and record all delivery and receipt activities using logbooks or system entries.
- Ensure all documents are signed, stamped, and returned correctly.
- Assist in collecting or delivering items to other branches or clients when needed.
- Take care of company vehicle or motorcycle used for official duties (e.g., fuel, cleanliness, maintenance).
