What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Drive in-store performance through team coaching and goal setting.
- Ensure the outlet is well-presented, organized, and aligned with the Aihome brand experience.
- Assist in training new team members and reinforcing product knowledge.
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care.
- Work closely with the management team to execute promotions, launches, and marketing activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail (consumer electronics or lifestyle preferred).
- Passionate about technology, innovation, and customer engagement.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Responsible, proactive, and goal-driven.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
