- Oversees the daily operations of one or more retail stores.
- Screen and Recruit staff for boutiques & outlets
- Managing outlet staff including training
- Assisting the Retail & Sales department with daily task to ensure smooth daily operation
- Office and Outside work environment
- Able to handle and communicate with staffs
- Optimize store layout, promotions, and inventory management to drive sales - discuss with Superior or propose necessary plan based on current situation
