Role: Operation Executive (Retail), Mandarin Speaker
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am–6pm) / Saturday (Half Day)
Staff Parking: 50% subsidiary from the Company
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operational matters to be carried out smoothly with assigned stores.
- Perform regular visits to stores assigned; communicate with staff to identify and resolve any urgent issues.
- Work closely with related department in operational matters and all the store managers or store person in charge.
- Lead and monitor store’s manpower planning, manage performance and development staff.
- Monitor sales performance, perform market research and propose effective plans to improve sales. Formulate standard operating procedures related to store operations.
- Generate and compile relevant management reports to be able to analyse according to the brand’s needs.
- Support and enforce in achieving brand’s goal and objective.
- Co-ordinate with all the HQ department person in charge or manager to compile all the necessary documents/reports before deadline given.
- To carry out any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a certificate / diploma in related field.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to assigned area including outstation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated.
- Must experience minimum (3) three years’ experience in retail fashion and accessories industry.
- Proficient in Mandarin, both oral and written.
