Job Descriptions:
Proactive in approaching customers to identify customer needs
Perform sell/cross-sell/upsell of the relevant products and solutions
Meet all KPI set and deliver end-to-end customer experience
Handle all enquiries, customer complaints, disputes accurately and efficiently, in a professional and friendly manner, aligned with company's processes and guidelines
Responsible for all customers' information, monetary transactions and company assets to be properly handled and accounted
Ensure proper reconciliation of sales and cash at end of the day daily
Participate in training and activities provided
Job Requirements:
SPM, Diploma or Degree in any related field
Minimum 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Possess excellent interpersonal skills & results oriented
Well groomed - neat & tidy, professional & pleasant disposition
Must be willing to relocate at any assigned Retail Centre whenever required
Able to work on shifts and during public holidays
Salary Package:
RM 2400(Basic Pay)
RM 40 (Laundry Allowance)
Overtime (OT)
Commission - Monthly
