- Supervise and support the Reservations Team in processing all individual and group bookings.
- Ensure all reservations are accurately entered into the Property Management System (PMS) and properly documented.
- Monitor reservation trends and assist in developing strategies to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Revenue Management for smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Review daily arrival lists and ensure special requests are communicated and fulfilled.
- Manage overbooking situations and suggest alternative arrangements to guests if needed.
- Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of Reservation Agents.
- Handle escalated guest issues or complaints related to bookings in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, no-shows, and special arrangements.
- Monitor rates, availability, and hotel promotions to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Prepare and present reservation reports to management on occupancy, forecasts, and market trends.
- Assist in setting departmental goals and ensuring compliance with SOPs and service standards.
