Job Details:
- Location: Cyberjaya
- Contract Duration: 7 months
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm or 9.30am - 6.30pm
- Salary: RM 3,500 - RM 4,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete all assigned complex process activities (General Leger, Group Reporting, Management Information, Fixed assets, Statutory and other) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve and escalate issues timely and effectively, comply with team, center, process and global policies and procedures. Exceptionally strong team-working across the process area is essential.
- Comply with team, center, process and global policies and procedures.
- Manage effectively interfaces with FO and non-FO stakeholders.
- Ensure operational and design effectiveness of the controls within areas of responsibility.
- Build trust and confidence in cooperation within Finance Operations.
- Exceptionally strong team-working across the process area is essential including cooperation with multiple stakeholders.
- Constantly update knowledge within finance work in process heavily loaded towards deadlines.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Qualifications with 4-6 years related working experience.
- Working knowledge & experience in SAP is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel.
- Thorough understanding of financial and management accounting.
- Extensive understanding of IFRS accounting Standards and reporting requirements.
- Prior experience of and willingness to have hands-on involvement in the day-to-day financial activities.
- Analytical, systems/process and accounting skills, with the ability to recognize underlying issues and develop appropriate resolutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- CI mindset, able to identify opportunities and manage change.
