We are a purpose-driven group of marketing agencies operating across Singapore and Malaysia. We are looking for a Malaysia-based Remote Client Outreach Executive to support business growth in both markets through strategic outbound efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, independent, and results-driven—capable of managing outbound client outreach using modern digital tools and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls with leads in SG and MY
- Send personalized cold emails and manage outreach sequences using CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Research and generate qualified leads across relevant industry sectors
- Track leads and appointments through CRM systems and outreach pipelines
- Set appointments for the Sales team or assist in closing if capable
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
- Familiar with CRM and lead-gen tools such as GoHighLevel, Lemlist, or Apollo
- Experience in digital marketing, sales, or B2B outreach preferred
- Capable of handling both structured scripts and adaptive conversations
- Highly organized and responsive in a remote work environment
Compensation
Base Pay + Performance Incentives (Commission of 2%–8% on deals)*
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
