We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for our growing multi-brand F&B group. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and securing the right talent across outlets, central kitchen, and HQ support teams. The ideal candidate is resourceful, enjoys connecting with people, and understands the fast-paced dynamics of the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles (outlet, kitchen, HQ).
- Draft and post attractive job advertisements across job portals, social media, and referral channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Liaise with outlet managers and HODs to align job requirements and hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring roles (barista, commis, service crew, etc.).
- Coordinate interviews and communicate offers, rejections, and follow-ups promptly.
Recruitment Operations & Branding
- Ensure timely issuance of contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition for new hires.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract local talent, including social media content and career events.
- Maintain compliance with Malaysian labour laws in all recruitment activities.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with HR colleagues on recruitment-related SOPs, training, and staff engagement.
- Provide market insights on pay benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring trends.
- Support internal mobility by identifying and recommending internal talent for new opportunities.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment; F&B or retail industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
- Familiar with using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms for recruitment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
