Job Role:
- Recruiter is responsible for supporting the HR Business in recruitment activities.
- Involved in the talent acquisition process, from sourcing of candidates (through job posting, scouting), managing applications/correspondences, scheduling interviews, candidate management, (screening, tracking), and offers.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management with 2 years’ experience as a HR Recruiter
- Fresh Graduate in Human Resource may apply
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word with excellent communication
- Well versed with using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and desire to strive continuous improvement.
- Highly self-motivated, committed, and resourceful with initiative and drive to do organized and meticulous work
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Complete understanding of the need to always maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
