Recruitment Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Recruitment Executive to take ownership of our end-to-end hiring process. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying top talent, shaping the candidate experience, and helping build a strong, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Write and publish compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Source and engage candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process
- Track applicant progress keep records up to date
- Support offer management, negotiation, and onboarding activities
- Help promote the employer brand through hiring campaigns and candidate experience improvements
- Provide regular hiring updates and reports to HR leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Proficiency with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Understanding of hiring compliance and employment laws
Nice to Have:
- Experience recruiting in [industry – e.g., IT, finance, healthcare, etc.]
- Familiarity with employer branding or campus recruitment
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter)

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
