About Us
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic HR team. As a key player in the talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will work closely with team to attract and secure top talent that aligns with our organizational goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and publish engaging job advertisements across various platforms.
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Screen and shortlist applicants, conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person), and assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Facilitate the entire hiring process, including reference checks, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and talent pipelines using recruitment systems and tools.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment marketing strategies to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and practices by analyzing key hiring metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong command of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Proficient in candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Negotiation: Able to handle salary negotiations and offer management professionally.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of recruitment software, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical and process-driven with the ability to interpret recruitment data.
