- Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Foster positive client relationships by coordinating appointment-related activities, ensuring seamless scheduling processes, and enhancing overall client experience.
- Service Excellence Initiatives: Actively participate in service excellence initiatives, contributing insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement in patient experience and satisfaction.
- Grievance Management: Assist in managing and resolving customer grievances in accordance with company guidelines.
