Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our luxury club. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for members and guests while handling daily front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcome members and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for members and guests
- Handle reservations, bookings, and scheduling for club facilities/events
- Maintain front desk tidiness and presentation
- Assist in basic administrative tasks and record keeping
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., F&B, events, housekeeping) to ensure smooth club operations
- Handle member requests or complaints tactfully and escalate when necessary

Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or front desk experience preferred (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- Pleasant appearance and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, POS system)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
- Must be punctual, presentable, reliable, and customer-oriented

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
