Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Source and secure new stores for expansion and establishing good landlord relationships within Peninsular Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak.
- Prepare a business plan and other strategic analysis for asset management strategy formulation.
- Carry out tenancy negotiations with owners/ landlords/ agents.
- Handle and execute day-to-day real estate functions and initiating work processes to enhance business growth.
- Implement best practices, procedures, and standards in real estate functions.
- Develop relevant tools that would help to evaluate the expansion framework.
- Assist the Manager in preparing real-estate proposals, site evaluation (SAM & Feasibility) Report, Real Estate Pipeline, Gap maps & all related with Real Estate matters.
- Provide existing and prospective landlords with current brand expansion and update on latest company information, when necessary.
- Prepare the decks for brands submission for internal review prior to brand submission.
- General administrative duties, including maintaining files for all proposals across all countries.
- Attend to any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management or relevant
- Should be in Final Semester
- Should be able to start by end of Sept or early Oct 2025
