- Degree in Tourism/Hospitality/Business Administration
- 1-2 years travel industry experience (fresh graduates considered)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Immediate availability preferred
Core Responsibilities:
Tour Package Development:
- Research and compile competitive travel components (hotels, transport, guides)
- Create customized tour proposals for Japanese/Southeast Asian markets
Client Coordination:
- Serve as primary liaison for Japanese sales teams
- Process travel inquiries with rapid turnaround
- Maintain accurate quotation databases
Sales Support:
- Develop persuasive pricing strategies
- Resolve itinerary conflicts creatively
- Prepare multilingual tour documentation
