Job description
- Responsible for all aspects of Pre and Post Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration
- Assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents
- Tender preparation and coordinating tender process until award
- Evaluate progress claims and final accounts from contractor
- Attend site and/or project meetings
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
- At least 5 years of working experiences in related field
- Good contractual analysis skills in costing & pricing knowledge
- Able to manage complex and large-scale project construction projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
