We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in the construction field. This is a great opportunity to be involved in project costing, contract administration, and site coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Contract Administration including Pre and Post Tender Administration.
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities.
- Assist in procurement and material cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- 3 years’ experience in the construction industry preferred. Experience in aluminium and glazing works is an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply for the Junior position
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic AutoCAD software.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions.
- Candidate who can speak Mandarin/Chinese is preferred, to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and subcontractors.
