Job Descriptions :
- Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Analyze market trends, pricing data, and historical records to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Review and prepare contracts/agreements and coordinate for award of sub-contractor work and ensure return of duly signed Sub-Contractors’ Agreements, Contracts or Work Orders.
- Liaise with stakeholders on specifications, needs & request statement, information collection & confirmation.
- To ensure that take off quantities are measured accurately and according to company benchmark requirements.
- To assist the Project Team, Management and/or the Managing Director in contractual and cost related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Grad / 2 - 3 years relevant experience in electrical design and project management added advantage in high rise/ commercial building.
- Well verse with computer, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
