Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating QHSC policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date QHSC documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
- Support in preparing reports, forms, and records required for audits and inspections.
- Support in monitoring compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and inspections.
- Assist in the implementation of quality management systems (ISO, etc.).
- Support in hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident reporting processes.
- Prepare safety briefing materials, training aids, and awareness campaigns.
- Participate in QHSC initiatives and improvement programs.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with QHSC requirements.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating QHSC meetings, training, and drills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Compliance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of ISO standards and regulatory requirements (advantageous).
Skills
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience
- 1–2 years in a similar role (fresh graduates may be considered).
Working Conditions
- Based in the office with occasional site visits.
- May require extended hours during audits, inspections, or urgent safety matters.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
