Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source suitable suppliers and contractors based on project requirements, timelines, and budget.
- Conduct pre-qualification assessments, background checks, and due diligence on potential vendors.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance, pricing, and reliability of existing suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare comparative analysis reports and provide recommendations to project and procurement teams.
- Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to understand scope and technical requirements.
- Maintain a reliable and updated supplier/contractor database with relevant certifications and documents.
- Participate in negotiation processes to secure the best value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and standards.
- Support tender-related documentation and coordinate with relevant departments during the pre-contract stage.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in pre-contract QS or sourcing/procurement role in construction or interior design industry.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of construction/ID materials, methods, and supplier ecosystems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple sourcing assignments simultaneously.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
