Your Role:
- Procuring goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner to support business operations
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage orders, and ensure prompt delivery
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and forecasting future purchasing needs
- Preparing purchase orders, requisitions, and other relevant documentation
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Evaluate and assess current and potential suppliers based on qualifications, reliability, pricing, and their ability to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update the supplier database with relevant details, such as supplier qualifications, performance reviews, and potential for future collaboration.
- Prepare monthly stock summaries categorized by cost center, equipment, and stock issued
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations
- Attend to any other duties assigned by the Management and you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., MHW System) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
