Responsibilities:
- Manage suppliers to ensure fair and sustainable dealings in order to meet the organization's objective on cost, price and quality.
- Use the best purchasing strategies by taking into consideration organization's needs at all levels, and at same time negotiating the best terms for the benefit of the organization.
- Maintain proper and complete documentation of purchases and usage.
- Prepare and compile cost analysis for Capital Expenditure purchase.
- Other duties as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity and meticulousness.
- Must have experience in Hospitality industry
- Strong people skills with pleasant personality.
- Willing to relocate/work in Muar.
