Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage suppliers to ensure fair and sustainable dealings in order to meet the organization's objective on cost, price and quality.
• Use the best purchasing strategies by taking into consideration organization's needs at all levels, and at same time negotiating the best terms for the benefit of the organization.
• Maintain proper and complete documentation of purchases and usage.
• Prepare and compile cost analysis for Capital Expenditure purchase.
• Other duties as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• High level of integrity and meticulousness.
• Must have experience in Hospitality industry
• Strong people skills with pleasant personality.
• Willing to relocate/work in Muar.
