We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in customer communication, complaint resolution, and CRM systems—ideal for students seeking to build a solid foundation in customer relations and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls while adhering to the company’s communication standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust through effective communication.
- Identify potential sales leads and forward them to the sales team.
- Keep customers updated on service progress and assist in resolving any concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and strive to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Certificate or Diploma in Public Relations, Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willing to develop phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Eagerness to learn and become proficient in CRM system usage.
- Strong customer-first mindset with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and self-improvement.
