Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and administering lease agreements and tenancy documentation
- Coordinating licensing and vendor registrations across SSM, CIDB, MOF
- Managing maintenance billing and vendor contracts
- Tracking, auditing, and renewing permits/licenses
- Liaising with regulatory authorities & support tender compliance processes
- Maintaining compliance databases and preparing status reports
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or degree in relevant field
- 2–3 years in leasing, property admin, or licensing roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workloads
- Fluent in English; Malay and Mandarin a plus
- Experience with property/software systems and compliance tools
