Qualification and Requirement of Employee:-
- Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering.
- 5-7 years of Construction project management experience.
- Excellent ability to read and understand Construction Drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and any other general computer software
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, architecture and contract. principles
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
Job Responsibilities:-
- Determine and define scope of work and deliverables to successfully complete the project on time, within budget and within the expected quality.
- Plan and organize resources (eg: labour, materials, equipments, etc.) needed to complete the project.
- To liaise with the authorities to obtain the necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
- Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Manage costs in order to perform below the allocated budget.
- Provide contractual leadership over contracts and subcontracts.
- Plan, manage, organize and execute construction activities based on the approved schedule.
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.
- To ensure project is completed with excellent quality control to achieve commendable quality.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
