Job Duties :
- Attend site coordination meetings and manage the respective issues.
- Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
- Monitor and report periodically on project completion to schedule and budget
- Manage, supervise project tasks with project team, Site Supervisors and sub-contractors. Ensure complete preparation to allow smooth project execution and meet planned schedule.
- To verify all subcontractor claims as per time frame set.
- Liaise and follow up closely with relevant authorities to ensure all approval, licenses, permit and clearance letters are obtained timely.
- To ensure defects being follow up and recorded.
- Initiative, results orientated, problems analytical and solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- To liaise with the project team and inter departments to ensure all info and documents are in order.
- Carry out other duties as directed by the management.
Skills and experience required :
- Engineering degree or equivalent with a strong proven track record.
- Minimum of 10 years in project management experience in building construction or infrastructure
- Experience with engaging, managing and handling authorities and technical departments
- Committed to complete the projects allocated with excellence, reliable and technically strong.
- Successful candidate will be located at Segamat, Johor
