JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Project Planning & Execution : Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive project plan and timeline to ensure all milestones are met within the 8-month duration. Proactively identify potential delays and implement immediate mitigation strategies.
- Budget & Cost Control : Rigorously manage the project budget, tracking all expenses against forecasts. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or safety to ensure the project remains within the approved financial limits.
- Team Leadership & Resource Management : Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Efficiently allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) to optimize productivity and meet the tight deadlines.
- Risk & Issue Management : Anticipate and identify project risks, and develop robust contingency plans. Take immediate and decisive action to resolve issues as they arise, minimizing any impact on the project schedule or budget.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contract for all project stakeholders, including the client, management, and subcontractors. Provide clear, concise, and regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements, risks, and resolutions.
- Quality & Safety Assurance : Work closely with the QA / QC Officer and Safety Officer to ensure all work is executed to the highest quality standards and in strict compliance with safety regulations. A zero-incident culture is a non-negotiable priority.
- Project Closure : Oversee the successful completion of all project deliverables, including final inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover to the client, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Experience : A minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience in civil, mechanical, or electrical construction projects. Demonstrated experience in successfully managing projects with tight deadlines is essential.
Track Record : A strong history of delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience with water / sewage infrastructure or pumping station projects is highly preferred.

Other : Willingness to be a dedicated, full-time presence at the project site in Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas for the entire 8-month duration.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
