Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead end-to-end construction and development projects. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery while managing teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish project budgets, schedules, and work programs, tracking progress against key milestones
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor construction progress, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions for any delays or challenges
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure accuracy and constructability
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to design requirements
- Implement and enforce quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) standards throughout all stages of construction
- Supervise material usage and coordinate timely procurement to prevent project interruptions
- Liaise with consultants, resident engineers, clerks of work, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to resolve technical and compliance issues
- Represent the company in site meetings and negotiations with consultants, contractors, clients, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and ISO/quality standards across project sites
- Maintain comprehensive records of site activities, inspections, QA/QC reports, and test results
- Prepare and submit progress claims, cost monitoring reports, and project updates in a timely manner
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to management to support decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in property development, construction, or infrastructure projects, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
