Position Title: Programme Manager
Department: Business Development / Project Management
Reports To: Managing Director / General Manager
Role Purpose
The Programme Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering key customer programmes from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while serving as the primary customer interface for all programme-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact between customers and internal teams for assigned programmes.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Production, Finance) to achieve programme goals.
- Develop, monitor, and update programme plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, technical specifications, and regulatory standards.
- Manage risk by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation plans.
- Monitor and report programme status, KPIs, and financial performance to management and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement in programme management processes, cost competitiveness, and delivery performance.
- Build strong customer relationships to foster trust, transparency, and long-term partnership.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and transfer projects, ensuring smooth handover into mass production.
- Ensure alignment of programme deliverables with company strategic objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
