Location: Telok Gong, Klang
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor production progress to ensure timely completion in accordance with established project timelines and delivery schedules.
- Perform QA/QC checks for completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Support quality control processes and coordinate follow-up on any necessary rectification work to maintain product standards and client satisfaction.
- Visit construction sites when necessary for verification and inspection purposes.
- Collaborate with the design, sales, and installation teams to align project expectations.
- Assist in promptly resolving production issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain proper records of production activities and report to the Factory General Manager.
- Conducting quality checks on production materials and finished products, and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Coordinate and manage work orders and production schedules for the manufacturing of kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, ensuring timely execution, resource optimization, and alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design, sales, and installation teams to ensure alignment of project expectations, timelines, and deliverables throughout the production process.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the factory, overseeing all production-related communications and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Work closely with the Factory General Manager to manage daily workflows and prioritize urgent orders.
- Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma and above in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in production coordination or administrative roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing or interior fit-out processes is an added advantages.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
