Responsibilities:
- Responsible for factory planning and lead times for all product lines; works with manufacturing management to align on factory capacity requirements; works with Supply Chain management to align on supplier capacity requirements in support of the factory build plan.
- Run MRP process.
- Trace the delivery schedule of critical material to meet the demand of production line
- Make slow moving & excess report and push related department to deal with
- Leading on MPS and production planning management
- Manage PMC KPI (OTD, DOH, inventory control and so on)
- Develop local PMC department process
- On-site management for all PMC team members
- Establish local team to run PMC individually
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
- 8-10 years’ industry experience in Material & Production planning.
- Greenfield/ Brownfield experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- High level proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and SAP.
- Direct experience leading a team.
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
