Overview:
Responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead production line workers during daily operations.
- Monitor production schedule and ensure targets are met.
- Maintain line efficiency by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
- Coordinate with warehouse, maintenance, and QA teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain records of output, downtime, and production issues.
- Train and evaluate production staff.
- Enforce health & safety regulations on the production floor.
- Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or assembly lines.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Good understanding of production KPIs and reporting.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
