RESPONSIBILITY :
a) Responsible for achieving daily production targets.
b) Ensure production schedule, quality, and safety standards are met.
c) To train, direct, control, and motivate subordinates in all aspects affecting work
performance.
d) Provide production records and any other administrative information to management.
e) Responsible for maintenance of machines and also process set-up.
f) Ensure subordinates comply with ISO9001 & ISO14001 practices, company rules and regulations.
g) To reprimand or recommend disciplinary actions on indiscipline employees.
a) To train and follow up on workers' job performance.
h) To finish daily production records and other information.
i) Ensure quality and environmental standards are complied with.
j) Responsible for monitoring quality parts, work-in-progress, and finished products and advising management on the quality trend periodically.
k) Liaise with production on quality problems and take necessary counter measures to prevent recurrence.
l) Engaging, directing, and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS and EMS.
m) To direct and coordinate the department’s efforts in the achievement of continuous improvement in the areas identified herein.
n) Be a creative and proactive contributor to the management team, focused on continuous improvement.
o) To support and maintain the quality and environmental management system.
p) To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
a) Minimum SPM or equivalent.
b) Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing in the Plastic Injection industry.
c) Possess good interpersonal and supervisory skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
