RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Production Planner for process improvement and production planning
Effectively supervise, coach, motivate and lead a team of production operators to acheive daily targets (output) with low rejection
Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure production plan is supported and meeting targets
Mantain good housekeeping in production area
Organise and allocate machine operators to the Group Leaders in carrying out the daily tasks
Actions to be taken when there is any incompliance or non-conformities.
Prepare & submit production daily, weekly and monthly reports
Conduct counselling and ensure workers' displinary issue & grievances are attended immediately
Report to Executive or Management on any problems which cannot be resolved
REQUIREMENTS
Possess strong leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, initiative and able to work independently.
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
