Job Description
- Define and execute the product strategy with a roadmap that would align with overall business goals
- Own and scale the marketing campaigns driving strategy and execution to enhance customer acquisition and retention across multiple channels
- Grow and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including setting up efficient workflows that provide clarity and direction while fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation and impact.
- Lead with numbers, and build the frameworks needed to track, monitor, optimize, and communicate product performance and key metrics clearly to stakeholders
- Act as a key connector in driving cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments to align on inputs and deliver shared business goals; ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and a strong product-market fit
- Provide agile troubleshooting and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across diverse teams
- Regularly communicate and update the product roadmap to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital growth, CRM or campaign operations
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring product teams
- Strong domain knowledge of iGaming or online sports betting products, player activity types and promotional mechanics
- Proven experience in planning marketing and CRM campaigns on a regular basis
- Strong people leadership and ability to inspire teams and influence across the organization
- Analytical mindset with commercial sharpness — familiarity with A/B testing concepts and employing the use of data in driving decision making
- Bias for action and continuous improvement, paired with the ability to set a long-term vision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
