Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of product management experience who is passionate about creating innovative merchant solutions.
You will support the planning, development, and delivery of products by translating market needs into actionable requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our solutions align with EPOS’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Planning & Roadmap
- Assist in defining product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
- Support competitive analysis to guide product positioning and differentiation.
Product Development & Delivery
- Translate business needs into product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to support the product development process.
- Participate in product testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure readiness for launch.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather feedback and align on product priorities.
- Support go-to-market planning and ensure effective product launches.
- Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Design, or related field.
- 2–3 years of product management experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or SaaS/technology sectors.
- Understanding of product life cycle management and basic agile practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate user needs into product solutions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
