Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer and ascertain their needs to drive sales.
- Provide advice on the product line to customers based on features, comparisons to other brands and promotions.
- Handle customers' pre and post-sales inquires tactfulness.
- Manage store visibility and merchandise in the store.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Fulfill all other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Passion for technology.
- Customer-oriented, patient and friendly.
- Possesses good discipline, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good knowledge or a strong interest in electronic products and gadgets such as camera, gaming console, gadget, TV, soundbar and etc.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and a shift basis (following the retail shop's operational hours).
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin will be an added advantage.
