Job Description:
- Purchasing Schedule & Budgeting: Plan and manage purchase timelines and budgets to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Market & Department Coordination: Stay informed on market trends and internal demand, aligning stock purchases with each department’s needs.
- Stock Planning: Ensure timely procurement of inventory that reflects current sales and product demand.
- Purchase Tracking: Work closely with Finance and Admin to systematically track all purchases for accurate and easy data entry.
Requirements & Expectations:
- At least 1 year of procurement experience; TCG knowledge is a bonus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Availability for flexible work schedules.
