Job Responsibilities:
1. To assist and support daily operations in scheduling, documentation, and inquiries in a timely manner
2. Accurate data entry
3. Maintaining the filing system
4. Interview and liaise with customers.
5. Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
6. Compile reports and distribute them to relevant departments
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
2. Previous working experience in “KOPERASI KREDIT” or financial institutions is preferred for this position.
3. Experienced in providing and maintaining "GOOD FILING SYSTEM" is essential.
4. Experienced in using Microsoft Excel
5. Required language(s) : Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
6. At least 2 years of working experience in the “KOPERASI” field.
7. Required skills : Loan processing for “KOPERASI”, customer service, computer literate, detail-oriented, communication skills.
8. Hardworking, detailed oriented, self-starter and can work independently with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
