Summary of Position
Responsible for delivering subject-specific teaching (ICT), guiding student development, supporting co-curricular and exam activities, maintaining academic records, and contributing to school operations and events.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in assigned subject(s), aligned with curriculum objectives and examination standards.
- Foster inquiry-based learning and develop students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor academic progress and provide individual guidance to help students achieve targeted outcomes.
- Maintain student discipline and promote a respectful, supportive classroom environment.
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments, including revision materials and exam papers.
- Participate in co-curricular activities (CCA), including lesson planning, student engagement, and performance evaluation.
- Support school marketing activities and events as required.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, homework, and academic performance using the school’s Education Management System (SEMS).
- Attend meetings, contribute to school initiatives, and collaborate with staff on academic and student welfare matters.
- Serve as an exam invigilator for internal and CIE external examinations, when needed.
Requirements :
Education : At least a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with appropriately related professional and / or teaching experience.
Experience : At least 2 years relevant experience.
Job Type: Contract
