Diploma or Degree in ICT (Networking, Software, Cybersecurity, etc.)
Strong interest in networking, cybersecurity, ERP, or ICT infraGood communication skills (verbal & written)
Tech-savvy but not afraid to talk to clients
Willing to learn, grow, and take feedback
Fresh grads or juniors are welcome if you have the right mindset!
