About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong and client-facing Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Singapore office while being based in Malaysia, supporting solution design and sales engagements for cybersecurity and infrastructure products.
This is a remote-first role — ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and bridging sales with deep technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to assess client needs and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions
- Act as a technical advisor throughout the pre-sales cycle
- Conduct product demos, POCs, and technical workshops
- Design and articulate cybersecurity architectures based on client use cases
- Support RFPs/RFIs and provide relevant technical documentation
- Stay current with cybersecurity trends and best practices
- Work cross-functionally with sales, vendors, and technical teams
What We’re Looking For
✅ Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
✅ Experience
- 2–3 years in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering
- Strong client-facing track record, especially in enterprise or B2B settings
- Experience supporting complex sales cycles (POC, solution walkthroughs, RFPs)
✅ Technical Knowledge
- Familiar with:
- Network Monitoring, Endpoint Protection, Cloud Security
- Asset Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001)
✅ Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Enjoys meeting clients and solving technical problems collaboratively
Work Arrangement
- Based in Malaysia
- Remote-first (WFH)
- May travel to Singapore 2–4 times per year for business needs
- Official working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Hired under our Malaysian entity, supporting the Singapore business unit
